maybe you aren't a big veggie eater, or have kiddos who don't do green. but we've long been referred by docs, clients and moms for our 'ninja foods'. one of those favorites? the smoothie.
unlike those you can purchase at a variety of smoothie shops, ours are not full of sugar, fillers, or concentrate juices. gross! ours are fresh, clean and we use the best proteins available, based on the specific needs of our clients.
while we do deliver, we'll also be sharing our favorite recipes every couple of weeks. berries = fresh or frozen; whichever is available. here's the first of many:
1 cup baby spinach
spoonful of hemp seeds
1 cup blueberries
1 cup strawberries
2 skinned cucumbers
1 green apple, cored + chopped
2 cups coconut water
